Amid colors, aromas, and local stories, the shops become the starting point for understanding the local gastronomic culture. After the visit, the experience continues in a selected location near Villa Erbaia, where the cooking class takes place: guided by the chef, traditional dishes are prepared using the ingredients just purchased.

The activity concludes with a convivial lunch, during which the creations made together are tasted in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere.
